Chris York now serves as the personal co-conservator assisting with the administration of the funds secured on behalf of the children.
$867,000 VERDICT
Our attorneys tried a case in May 2017 on behalf of a gentleman who was served broken glass in his drink at a local restaurant. The restaurant offered $33,000 to settle prior to trial, defending the case by arguing that plaintiff's damages were attributable to acid reflux and not erosive esophagitis. The Fulton State Court jury brought back a verdict against the restaurant for $867,000. No appeal was taken on that verdict.
